Before you begin

Confirm which properties, staff, data sources and channels are included in setup.

Launch checklist

Complete each step in order. Activation remains blocked until high-risk settings are approved.

  1. Create or verify each building and its operating hours.
  2. Connect the required channels and run their connection tests.
  3. Add knowledge, resolve conflicts and approve the published version.
  4. Configure resident verification, recording disclosure and data retention.
  5. Approve emergency wording, allowlisted contacts and on-call routes.
  6. Run web, WhatsApp and voice acceptance scenarios.
  7. Invite and train the operator team, then activate the building.

After launch

Review unresolved conversations, escalations, integration failures and answer quality daily during the first two weeks.
