Import and review Rightmove listings

Upload listing content, map it to the correct property and verify availability.

Prepare the listing

Save the listing as PDF, HTML or plain text. This is a reviewed import, not a continuous Rightmove inventory feed. Include the numeric Rightmove property reference and visible address/rent. Scanned PDFs may need a text export. Files are limited to 5 MB.

Import and approve

Open Integrations → Live enquiry connections → Import and review a listing.

  1. Choose the listing file and wait for extraction. Open the saved draft if you return later.
  2. Select the property, then correct Rightmove listing reference, Address, Unit, Monthly rent (£) and Available from.
  3. Check availability against your current inventory. Tick I have verified that this property is available only after doing so.
  4. Choose Approve listing. Verify the resulting property/unit record before enabling booking.

Keep it accurate

An imported date is not proof of current availability. Update inventory when a unit is let or withdrawn. Re-importing does not justify publishing conflicting content without review. Unrecognised portal formats, missing references or conflicting property matches require staff review; use an actual sample to validate your forwarding route.
