Check and recover enquiry sync
Use connection status, last successful sync and safe recovery controls.
Read the connection row
In Integrations → Live enquiry connections, Refresh shows the latest status. Pending means queued; syncing means a worker owns the current batch; catching up means more pages remain; current means the last round completed; attention required means a failed round needs attention. Last completed records a successful round, not the arrival of a push notification.
Recover in this order
Mailbox checks are scheduled every 30 seconds and calendar checks every five minutes. These are scheduling intervals, not guaranteed completion times.
- Choose Refresh and read the specific sync error. If a sync is already running, let it finish; configuration changes and disconnect are blocked during its lease.
- Choose Sync now to request another check from the saved position. Refresh to follow its progress.
- If access expired or was revoked, choose Connect account, approve access and Test. Choose Sync now after the connection is active.
- If progress is still stuck, choose Recover sync. This rebuilds the provider checkpoint and rechecks data while keeping existing enquiry deduplication records.
- Verify Last completed advances and check a new enquiry or calendar edit. If pending never progresses, contact Sorsana support to inspect the worker/scheduler.
Missed notifications and expired cursors
The worker renews notifications and falls back to scheduled checks. Expired Gmail history and Microsoft/Google delta checkpoints trigger a catch-up scan. Gmail recovery starts from the last safe completed boundary; Microsoft rechecks the inbox and skips messages before connection. Existing message IDs prevent normal replays from creating duplicate enquiries. A message deleted or removed from the inbox before retrieval cannot be recovered from that inbox; review the source mailbox manually.
Notifications can differ from sync
Periodic sync means the mailbox is checked without push. Shared mailbox periodic sync is expected for delegated Microsoft shared access. Notifications attention required means push renewal failed; check whether Last completed still advances. Google push requires hosting-side Pub/Sub configuration, which Sorsana support manages for the standard connection.
Disconnect deliberately
Disconnect attempts to stop this connection’s subscription, removes stored credentials and clears its sync checkpoint. Existing enquiries and bookings remain. It does not cancel provider events or remove the account’s other applications. If provider cleanup is required, remove the old subscription/consent in the provider console with your administrator. Reconnecting after a disconnect establishes a new intake boundary: manually review messages received during the gap.
